What type of two-way radios do you rent?
We only rent Motorola two-way radios. We are a Motorola Solutions Channel Partner, all of our staff are Motorola trained, and our rental fleet is maintained to the highest standards.
Our rental fleet includes the following radios: MOTOTRBO R7, R5, R2, CP100d and XPR 3500e.
How long is a typical rental?
A typical rental is for an event over a weekend. We rent by the week, the month or longer is needed. We have no limit on rental periods.
Who handles FCC licensing?
We handle all of the FCC licensing for your rental radios.
Are the radios charged and programmed when I get them?
Yes, all of the radios are fully charged, labeled, and programmed when you get them for your event.
Can you deliver radios to my event?
Yes, we can deliver two-way radios to your event if it is local. Otherwise, our rentals are shipped via UPS. Our rental equipment packaged in Pelican heavy-duty road cases.
Can you provide accessories for my rental radios?
Yes, we have a large supply of earpieces, headsets, speaker mics, and batteries available.
Can I rent a repeater for a larger event?
Yes, we have repeaters available. We also have a trailer with a radio mast for events that need more bandwidth and coverage.
Can you match the rental radio to my existing radio system?
Yes, we can match the rental radios to your existing radio system if it is compatible. We will make your rental experience as seamless as possible.
